San Antonio Sports Announces New Chair-Elect and Board Members

(Oct. 18, 2018) San Antonio Sports board of directors has elected three new members and appointed a chair-elect. The business leaders joining the nonprofit sports commission’s board of directors include:

Dean Radla, General Manager of News 4 WOAI and KABB Fox 29, is San Antonio Sports’ chairman-elect. Radla will serve a two-year term as chair beginning October 2019. He will succeed San Antonio Sports’ current chairman, Brad Young, Chief Operating Officer at the Financial Institution Group, Southwest Business Corporation. Additionally, Jenny Carnes has been named Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer at San Antonio Sports. She previously served as executive director of the San Antonio Local Organizing Committee for the 2018 NCAA Men’s Final Four.
