All-City Free Throw Championship

Schedule of Events:
Open Entry – February 1 – March 18
Division Championships & Championship Bracket – Thursday, March 19

Shooting Schedule: Week of February, 24 – February 29
Monday: 5-8 PM
Wednesday: 5-8 PM
Thursday: 5-8 PM
Friday: 5:30-8 PM
Saturday: 2-5 PM
*Factory of Champions will be closed March 2-7. Updated times will be posted for the weeks following.*

Here is how it works…
-From Feb. 1-29, contestants shoot 50 free throws per entry. Contestants are allowed to purchase unlimited additional entries during this period.

– Contestants qualify for division championships by scoring the required amount for each age division: 20/50 in the elementary division, 35/50 in the middle/high school division and 40/50 in the men’s and women’s divisions. On Thursday, March 1, the division championships will determine the final bracket of 64 (16 individuals from each division will secure a spot). The final 16 in each division will then compete head-to-head to claim the title of All-City Free Throw Champion.

District 8 Superheroes and Villains ACTIVATE 5K

Activate D8 5K at Six Flags Fiesta Texas

Join us on Saturday, June 15 for the next San Antonio Sports ACTIVATE 5K! The District 8 Superheroes and Villains 5K will be hosted at Fiesta Texas Six Flags. Runners, walkers, and strollers are all welcome. Event t-shirts will be limited and will be provided at packet pick up on a first come, first served basis. Finisher medals will be given out to the first runners to cross the finish line.

Opening Ceremonies: 7:00 am

Race start time: 7:30 am

Fit Family Challenge D4 Heroes 5k & 10k

Fit Family Challenge D4 5K & 10K

Join us on May 12th as we kickoff the 9th annual Fit Family Challenge presented by BlueCross BlueShield of Texas. This race is a FREE official-chip timed course.  All participants have the option to run or walk, timed or untimed.

We’ve added a 10K this year!

Opening ceremonies will begin at 7:30 am and the race will begin at 8:00 am.

T-shirts will be given out to the first 1,500 participants who register, and finisher medals will be given to the first 1000 to cross the finish line!
